Designing and constructing with the wedi Building Board

The wedi Building Board in 50 mm thickness can also be the used for creation of steps and platforms in residential , domestic applications. After cutting and installation the wedi Building Board can be finished with any tile based surface covering (min tile dimensions on pedestals 10x10 cm).
Step 1 Step 1

Cut wedi Building Board to size for creation of the platform supports. Set supports with a max. spacing of 18 inches (center to center).
Step 2 Step 2 Apply wedi Joint sealant to the surface edges.
Step 3 Step 3

Affix Building Board as cover onto the platform supports using wedi Joint sealant. Board seams must always be supported by a support beneath (entiue length of seam).
